Cannabis and plant medicine initiatives were on ballots across Colorado and the country this midterm cycle. Longtime Cannabis correspondent Leland Rucker spoke to KGNU’s Hannah Leigh Myers on the Cannabis Report about the results in communities big and small and the notable absence of a “green wave” at the polls this time around.
