Boulder’s City Council met for the final time of the year last night. Items on the agenda included how to communicate with City Council in the coming year and finalizing rules that essentially ban prevent fracking within city limits. Warnings about severe weather also prompted a discussion about where the city’s unhoused population could go to ride out the storm…with no clear answers.
