In November Boulder voters will weigh in on Ballot Question 302, a citizen campaign to stop development of a 308 acre plot of land in South Boulder. In September, Boulder City Council voted 6-1 in favor of annexing the land in exchange for what they say are urgent flood control efforts. Alexis Kenyon reports.
