Colorado has been slow to distribute federal aid funds to those in need of rental assistance. KGNU’s Alexis Kenyon spoke with Tamara Chuang who is a business reporter for the Colorado Sun. Chuang has been covering this issue and says, six months after the program began, finally the Department of Local Affairs, or DOLA, found a new vendor to handle the relief payments.
