Want a front-row seat to experience local sustainable agriculture? The Farmer’s Collective of Boulder County / Longmont offers a guided tour on a chartered bus called the Farm Hop Bus Tour that takes riders to multiple local farms. The tour begins and ends at The Yellow Barn Farm and in between participants visit Elk Run Farm and Metacarbon Farm.
KGNU’s Rossana Longo-Better took a Farm Hop Bus Tour, enjoyed the farm-to-table experience, and learned more about regenerative and restorative land design practices.
