Boulder Arts Outdoors is now in its second year. The initiative was created as a way to keep the performing arts alive during the pandemic. It originally staged arts events in a drive through format – with audiences staying in cars. But now with high vaccination rates in Boulder, the event has moved to an in person but outside series at the Boulder Bandshell.
