Radio Nibbles – Adrian Miller on the rebranding of “Aunt Jemima”

On Radio Nibbles this week John Lehndorff and Sam Fuqua chat with Denver author Adrian Miller who has penned three books about African-American cuisine. Miller talks about the rebranding of companies like Aunt Jemima and Uncle Ben and the impact of racism on recipes and food marketing. John talks about the food he found at the Island Shanty Woman shop in Longmont.
