Today’s guest is James A. Hill, principal of Boulder High.  Originally from Colorado Springs, James Hill has deep ties to Boulder as a former student-athlete at the University of Colorado in Boulder. James played on the CU football team and was a fullback on the Buffs 1990 championship team. He earned his teaching certificate at CU-Boulder, and his PhD through Walden University. He has been principal at Boulder High since 2015. On today’s show, James speaks with Michele Simpson about being a black student-athlete at CU and being a black educator.
