The best thing John tasted was a Boulder frozen TV dinner: Three Cheese Mushroom Risotto with caramelized onions, Parmesan, fontina and romano cheeses and extra virgin olive oil.
John Lehndorff is the former food editor at the Daily Camera, dining critic for the Rocky Mountain News, and Chief Judge at the National Pie Championships; now back in print in the Boulder Weekly. He is also a regular contributor to Sensi magazine.
