“I got to understand a little bit about the struggles and the plight of people living with Parkinson’s Disease.”
Henry Prescott got to know people living with Parkinson’s Disease through his work at the Boulder Valley YMCA. Prescott left Washington State on May 12th heading to to Portland Connecticut as part of Cycle Sea to Sea, to raise funds for and awareness of Parkinson’s Disease. The total distance covered on the ride will be 3300 across 13 different states.
100% of the funds raised will go directly to the GZ Sobol’s Parkinson’s Network, the Davis Phinney Foundation, the Parkinson Association of the Rockies, the YMCA of Boulder Valley, and the Middlesex YMCA to be used to help improve the quality of life in people with Parkinson’s Disease.
