The Bee Safe Neighborhood Initiative is growing in Boulder. The Melody–Catalpa area of North Boulder was the the first “bee-safe” locality in Colorado.Now the Kendall-Endicott neighborhood in South Boulder has gotten the designation. The Living Systems Institute in Golden came up with the original concept of bee safe neighborhoods.
