This week on Tech Talks we continue our search for apps to help people get into better shape. Today we’re talking about nutrition apps and how they can assist you in balancing your diet. From dieting to meal planning and shopping, the App Store and Google Play Store are full of different options. If you find that the apps don’t work for you, search for yourself as well. What works best for others might not work for you, you just need to find what works for you.
