“We are working and will continue to work this Summer and Winter on repairs in the canyons.”

George Gerstle, the Boulder County Director of Transportation says the real extensive construction will be starting this late Fall, Winter but will extend through to 2017.” Throughout 2016 we’ll be working in Lefthand Canyon, Fourmile Canyon, James Canyon. This year we’ll be working on Longmont Dam Road and on the 83rd street bridge over the Little Thompson River.” Gerstle told KGNU’s Richard Kiefer that the price tag for the post flood road repair will be $120 million.
