Margot Adler was a long-time NPR reporter, she died on Monday at the age of 68. Adler got her first break in broadcasting on the Pacifica Network. This morning we hear Adler in conversation with author Joseph Campbell in an interview recorded in 1976. The interview is an excerpt from the Pacifica Radio Archives.
Margot Adler was a regular at the Conference on World Affairs in Boulder. She appeared on a panel hosted by KGNU’s Gavin Dahl in April 2013 in which she touts self-awareness of bias in fair reporting, laments that her parents didn’t live to see Rachel Maddow reporting the evening news, and encourages young people to become reporters.
